Richard H. Klauber attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, receiving his J.D. degree in 1987. He also holds a B.A. in accounting. For the past 20 years Mr. Klauber has specialized in the practice of civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation, personal injury matters and family law. Mr. Klauber is a court approved civil mediator specializing in complex commercial and construction related matters. He taught contract and construction law before being elected to public office. He is the former Mayor of Manalapan and currently serves as an alternate township attorney and planning board attorney. He has been named to serve on the Board of Directors of BATC, a not-for-profit corporation.
